Information for Providing Feedback
The mission of the Dean of Students Office includes setting standards of excellence in the delivery of student services. Therefore, the Dean of Students Office invites those we serve to provide us with any feedback regarding our service including appreciation, concerns, and/or complaints. By sharing your experience with our office we may learn what you think we do well and/or how we can improve. Send us your concerns and opinions at through our contact form or email us directly.
Please see the University Policy and Procedure Statement (UPPS) 07.10.06 "Procedures for Responding to Student Complaints." After exhausting the institution's grievance/complaint process, students may initiate a complaint with the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board.
